How do I place an order?
It’s a breeze! First, click on the product image or product name to view its details. Enter how many you wish to purchase, then click the ADD TO BAG button.
When you’re ready to checkout, tap the BAG button to view the contents of your SHOPPING BAG. Once you’ve erased all doubts in your heart and mind, click the BUY NOW button at the bottom of the page; this will take you to a SIGN IN page where you can sign in if you already have an account with us or continue shopping as a GUEST.
If you are already signed in, this will take you to the SHIPPING METHOD page. You can select between two options: SAME DAY delivery in the next two hours (available in Dubai only) or Click and Collect from our store.
Please note: Orders placed after 6 PM will be processed the following day.
When you’ve made your sign-in choice, fill out the appropriate forms with your shipping, billing, and payment information. Once done, click CHECKOUT; this will take you to a CONFIRMATION PAGE with a summary of your transaction. An email version of this summary will be immediately sent to your mentioned email address.
Same Day Delivery is available on all orders placed online by 6 PM (UAE time), for shipments only within Dubai. Orders placed after the cut-off time (6 PM) and/or on any UAE public holiday will be deemed placed on the first UAE working day following the date on which the order was submitted. It will take 1 working days for orders placed outside Dubai. Shipping is also available throughout the GCC and will take 3-5 working days; this is excluding fine jewellery.
During the Ramadan, the cut-off time for same-day delivery will be exceptionally set at 4:30 PM.
After placing your order, you’ll receive an SMS with a tracking link that allows you to monitor your delivery status in real time.
THAT Concept Store products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery.

For Registered Users:
Log in to your THAT Concept Store account. Under Orders, select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return and click “Return Order.” Choose the item(s) you would like to return, select the reason for return, and indicate the item status.
Next, select your preferred return method — either a refund to your original payment method or store credit — and click “Request Return.” You will receive an email and SMS confirming that your request has been received.
Our team will then contact you to arrange pickup of your item(s) from your location. Once collected, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure they meet our return conditions. After successful inspection, your return will be processed as follows:
For Non-Registered Users:
If you placed your order as a guest, you can initiate a return by visiting this link. Enter your order details to access your purchase and follow the same steps as registered users — select the items to return, provide the reason, and confirm your return request.
Please note that store credit is only available to registered users. Non-registered customers will receive their refund through their original payment method, subject to their bank's .
