Ichendorf Milano’s story began with a glass factory in the little town of Quadrath-Ichendorf, near Cologne. As tastes evolved during the 1950s, the company instinctively responded with cleaner, streamlined glassware designs – an aesthetic they have retained to this day. With a move to Milan in the 90s, Ichendorf Milano grew to become Italy’s leading glass manufacturer, known for its influential collaborations, crystal-clear hand-blown glass, witty designs, and whimsical additions like their animal and botanical glass and mug inserts.
