Borrowed Jeans

Founded by Istanbulite sisters Başak and Defne, Nackiyé is a love letter to the pair’s colourful Ottoman heritage and is named after their great-grandmother. Inspired by immersive family tales of artists, musicians, and Mevlevi dervishes, the sisters curate collections that embody this rich cultural tapestry. Using time-honoured artisan techniques, Nackiyé crafts sculptural womenswear with couture detailing, intricate motifs and embroidery, and exquisite tailoring. Intentionally designed to be reinterpreted by the wearer, each piece can be treasured for a lifetime, sparking delight with every wear.
